Dr. Frank Noah "Buddy" McCutcheon Jr., a 64-year-old Caucasian male, died on July 16, 2016, at his home in Arden, North Carolina. He was a well-known plastic surgeon who had been practicing for over 32 years. Born on January 5, 1952, in Little Rock, Arkansas, Buddy McCutcheon was also a talented musician who played multiple instruments and had a passion for Civil War and U.S. history.
