On September 7, 2024, in Hubert, North Carolina, 43-year-old Paul David Sallmen was tragically killed in a domestic violence incident. Deputies from the Onslow County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at a residence on Glenwood Drive, where they found Sallmen suffering from gunshot wounds.
