On the Fourth of July in 2026, the life of 19-year-old Dominic Adrian Santiago was tragically cut short in Hubert, North Carolina. That evening, around 7:25 p.m., deputies responded to a call about an unconscious man at a residence on Goose Creek Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Santiago suffering from a gunshot wound.
