On a late Easter Sunday evening in Rochester, New York, the sound of gunfire shattered the holiday peace on Cottage Street. Twenty-six-year-old Devin Alexander was shot late on April 9, 2023. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
