In the winter of 2023, a life was tragically cut short on Robin Street in Rochester, New York. On the evening of December 10th, police were called to a house known for drug-related activities. Inside, they found 37-year-old Michael Ingram, a Black male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
Investigators believe the shooting was the
culmination of an altercation that had broken out inside the residence. At least one other person was present when the dispute escalated to deadly violence. The house at 103 Robin Street had a reputation in the neighborhood, and authorities have suggested that its connection to the drug trade may have been a contributing factor to the violent events that unfolded that night.
