In the winter of 2023, a life was tragically cut short on Robin Street in Rochester, New York. On the evening of December 10th, police were called to a house known for drug-related activities. Inside, they found 37-year-old Michael Ingram, a Black male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
