Death by Force

On June 10, 2023, at approximately 4:45 a.m., 42-year-old Erasmo Pujols was fatally shot outside the University Deli on University Avenue near Featherbed Lane in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. Responding officers found Pujols with gunshot wounds to his right arm and torso. He was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was pronounced dead.
