In the early morning hours of July 24, 2023, a dispute outside a Bronx lounge escalated into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 34-year-old Vladimir Perdomo and left three other men wounded. The incident occurred at approximately 2:44 a.m. outside the Kama Restaurant & Lounge on East Burnside Avenue. Perdomo sustained a gunshot wound to the torso and was transported to SBH Health System, where he was pronounced dead.
