In the summer of 2024, a dispute between neighbors over their dogs in a Rochester, New York community escalated into a fatal act of violence, claiming the life of 32-year-old Akeem Wagstaff. The incident unfolded on a Sunday afternoon, June 23rd, on Michigan Street, when an argument that began over the animals took a tragic turn.
According to police reports, the altercation culminated in Bradford Clark Jr. allegedly walking over to Wagstaff's residence and shooting him.
