On September 21, 2024, at approximately 10:30 a.m., authorities responded to a domestic violence incident at 24 Maple Street, Apartment 1, in Lyons, New York. Upon arrival, they discovered 40-year-old Shawn G. Rahn deceased from a gunshot wound. The Wayne County Sheriff's Office identified 37-year-old Randolph L.
