Death by Force

On January 29, 2023, 18-year-old Devon Williams was fatally shot at approximately 3:15 a.m. at a BP gas station located at 1790 South Florissant Road in Cool Valley, Missouri. The incident occurred during an attempted purchase of marijuana, during which Williams was shot by two individuals. As they fled the scene, the assailants also ran over Williams with their vehicle.
