On June 5, 2023, 24-year-old Julius Thomas was found deceased in his residence on Woodstream Court in Spanish Lake, a community in north St. Louis County. Authorities responded to a domestic disturbance call around 6:30 a.m. and discovered Thomas unresponsive; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
