On July 31, 2023, at approximately 8:06 p.m., Raytown Police responded to reports of a man lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds in the 9900 block of 60th Street. Upon arrival, officers found 26-year-old Christian Rodriguez critically injured. He was transported to a local hospital, where he remained in critical condition for several days before succumbing to his injuries on August 3, 2023.
