On August 25, 2023, 17-year-old Ka'Lynn Le'Sha Drake tragically lost her life in Florissant, Missouri. The incident occurred in the 14300 block of River Oaks Court in north St. Louis County, where police responded to a report of an accidental shooting at approximately 4:35 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Ka'Lynn with a gunshot wound; she was transported to a local hospital but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries.
