On February 5, 2024, 15-year-old Collin Anthony Courtwright tragically lost his life in a shooting incident in Oakville, a suburb of St. Louis County, Missouri. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Black Forest Apartments, where officers found three males with gunshot wounds. Collin was pronounced dead at the scene, while 16-year-old Tyree Williams succumbed to his injuries en route to the hospital. A third individual was injured and hospitalized.
