On March 8, 2024, 22-year-old Jeremiah DeVante Latimore was fatally shot in the Flordell Hills area of St. Louis County, Missouri. Police responded to reports of a shooting around 1:30 p.m. in the 7000 block of Glenboro Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Latimore's body near West Florissant Avenue and Gaylord Drive; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
