On July 16, 2024, 19-year-old Jakiem O. Braggs was fatally shot on Kathy Street in Fulton, Missouri. According to court documents, Braggs was lured to the location through messages sent via Snapchat by 19-year-old Quiara Walton. Upon his arrival, he was ambushed by multiple individuals who opened fire as he drove down the street.
