Jon Shadden, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on June 9, 2007, near his vacation trailer home by the E.V. Spence Reservoir in Robert Lee, Texas. He was reported missing three days later, on June 12, after failing to return to his family in Midland, Texas, and missing work. At the time of his disappearance, Jon left behind a wife and four young children, with ages ranging from seven months to sixteen years old.
Jon was employed as an instrumentation and electric technician for Teppco Crude Pipeline. On the day he disappeared, he was believed to be wearing blue jeans, work boots, and possibly a gold rope chain necklace. He also had notable features, including a tattoo on his right shoulder, a scar on his right knee, and braces on his upper teeth.
Authorities conducted searches around the reservoir, but no significant evidence or clues have emerged to explain his disappearance. His case remains unsolved, and both family and investigators continue to seek any information that might help resolve it.
