In the early morning hours of a September day in St. Louis, Missouri, the life of Marcus Price, a 34-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On September 19, 2024, Price and his friend, 42-year-old Marshun White, were shot and killed while they were sitting outside their apartment building in the 1600 block of North Kingshighway Boulevard in the Kingsway East neighborhood. The shooting occurred around 3:20 a.m., shattering the quiet of the night.
