On October 3, 2024, 68-year-old William Shannon Bradford was fatally shot outside his residence in the 5400 block of College Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred just before 10:30 a.m., when an argument between Bradford and another individual escalated into gunfire. Responding officers found Bradford unresponsive in the street; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
