On a summer night in Camden, New Jersey, the sound of gunshots shattered the evening calm in the area of South 4th and Royden Streets. When the violence ceased on July 22, 2023, two men were found suffering from gunshot wounds. One of these men was 47-year-old Jose Bonilla, a Hispanic male from Camden.
