In the fading light of a November afternoon, a tragic event unfolded in Atlantic City that cut short the life of Khalid Scott, a 26-year-old man from Philadelphia. On Friday, November 10, 2023, at approximately 12:50 p.m., police responded to a call on the 1900 block of Grant Avenue. Arriving at the scene, they discovered Scott in the driver's seat of his two-door sedan, suffering from a single, devastating gunshot wound to the head.
