In the early morning hours of August 1, 2024, the grim discovery of two women on a jetty near the Flagship Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey, marked the tragic end for 32-year-old Carley Elbert. Elbert, a female from Sewell, New Jersey, was found unconscious and unresponsive, having been shot in the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
