On February 16, 2023, at approximately 11 a.m., Dallas police officers responded to a shooting call in the 3200 block of Quebec Street, near North Westmoreland Road and Irving Boulevard. Upon arrival, they found 37-year-old Lyrone "Fat Mike" Moore, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg.
