In the summer of 2019, a young woman’s life was tragically cut short in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Eighteen-year-old Katusca Robles, affectionately known as Cecy, was found inside her apartment on North Pennsylvania Avenue on the night of July 3rd with gunshot wounds. Police had been called to the residence at approximately 10:13 p.m.
