In the early morning hours of Monday, January 9, 2017, the body of Sergio Aragon-Garcia, a 31-year-old Hispanic male, was discovered lying in a roadway in Phoenix, Arizona. First responders were called to the scene near 18000 North 48th Avenue around 6:00 a.m. where they found Mr. Aragon-Garcia deceased.
