On the evening of April 5, 2023, in the 900 block of Brook Avenue in Suffolk, Virginia, the life of 18-year-old Quadaire Jordan was tragically cut short. Just before 10 p.m., emergency services received a call about a person being shot. Arriving at the scene, police officers discovered Jordan on the ground, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
