An evening out in Phoenix turned tragic for off-duty Daisy Mountain firefighter Luke Jones, a 37-year-old male, who died following an altercation outside a nightclub on January 21, 2017. Jones, a 12-year veteran of the fire department, was at Centerfolds Cabaret when a confrontation occurred. He was transported to a hospital with critical injuries and later succumbed to them. Phoenix police investigated his death as a homicide.
