On the evening of May 12, 2023, at approximately 11:09 p.m., Henrico Police responded to a report of a firearm violation in the 1600 block of Azrock Court in eastern Henrico County. Upon arrival, officers discovered 27-year-old Cezar Amir Williams lying in the parking lot with apparent gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services transported Williams to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
