In the quiet evening of May 12, 2023, the life of 27-year-old Cezar Amir Williams, a Black/African American male from Henrico, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Just after 11:00 p.m., Henrico Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Azrock Court following a report of a firearm violation.
