On May 21, 2023, in Manassas, Virginia, 63-year-old landlord Joyce Francine Gould was found deceased in her home on Minor Hill Road. A tenant discovered her unconscious on the kitchen floor and alerted authorities. Upon arrival, police determined that Gould had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
