On September 17, 2023, 54-year-old Crystal Elizabeth Randolph Brown tragically lost her life to gun violence in Roanoke, Virginia. The incident also claimed the life of 31-year-old Rodrel "Mann" Mathis. In the wake of this tragedy, the community came together to honor Crystal's memory, holding vigils and sharing heartfelt tributes. A funeral service was held on October 7, 2023, at Serenity Funeral Home, where family and friends gathered to pay their respects.
