On February 3, 2024, at approximately 2:34 a.m., Wytheville Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 500 block of West Spiller Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 30-year-old Chadrick Stephanos Fink lying in the street with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
