On May 26, 2024, Reginald Terrance Holmes, a 51-year-old resident of Milford, VA, was found deceased in a rural area of Caroline County, Virginia, near the Spotsylvania County line. The Caroline County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a body discovered alongside a gravel road during the early morning hours.
