On a Sunday morning in May, the quiet woods of Caroline County, Virginia, became the scene of a grim discovery. A citizen's 911 call on May 26, 2024, led deputies to a wooded area alongside Sparta Road in the Milford area. There, they found the body of 51-year-old Reginald Terrance Holmes of Richmond.
