Murdered

A mother and small child are found strangled to death
Anderson and her daughter, Adrienne Hale, 4 (see related entry) were strangled to death in the 400 block of Magnolia Drive in East Bremerton on Jan. 30, 1986. Anderson’s 8-month old son, however, was unharmed and inside a playpen when the bodies were discovered.
The case was re-examined in 1993, 2003 and 2009. Three people of interest were developed over the course of many years; despite DNA testing in 2009, no arrests were made.
