Death by Force

On January 1, 2023, 22-year-old Emanuel Melvin was fatally shot at the G Spot Arcade Bar and Grill on Highway 90 in Longs, South Carolina. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. Responding officers found Melvin near a back entryway to the bar and provided first aid before he was transported to Grand Strand Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries. Two other individuals were also wounded during the shooting.
