On the evening of June 19, 2023, David Roldan-Dimas, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot while inside his black Chevrolet Camaro in the parking lot of a Planet Fitness in the Carolina Forest area near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. A student at Coastal Carolina University studying business administration, Roldan-Dimas had just finished a 13-hour workday and had met his girlfriend and her brother at the gym.
