On September 24, 2023, 19-year-old Quindaris Washington-Russ was found lying in a parking lot near Bream Road in North Charleston, South Carolina, around 7:27 p.m. Officers on patrol discovered him bleeding and immediately administered aid. He was transported to the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where he succumbed to his injuries at 9:58 p.m.
