On a spring evening in Summerville, South Carolina, the lives of two teenagers were tragically cut short. On April 19, 2024, 18-year-old Tyrell Kishi Epps and 19-year-old Ashton Pugh were sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Gates of Summerville apartment complex on Boone Hill Road.
