Death by Force

On December 20, 2023, at approximately 9:30 a.m., deputies from the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of gunfire and a person lying in the roadway at the Summer Creek Mobile Home Park on College Park Road in Summerville, South Carolina. Upon arrival, they discovered two deceased individuals: 21-year-old Ismael A. Rodriguez of Goose Creek, found in the roadway, and 15-year-old Jose Nieto of North Charleston, located inside a residence within the park.
