On that day, Robert Adrian 'Robb Marley' Fields, a 35-year-old Black/African American male, was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 2 a.m., shattering the typical late-night ambiance of the lounge.
When law enforcement arrived at the scene, they discovered patrons attempting to provide aid to Fields. He was quickly transported by Emergency Medical Services to a nearby hospital, but tragically, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Robert Fields was a resident of Florence and a father to six children: Robert, Adriauna, Zyrion, DaeOnta, J'Dah, and Rah'Zier Fields. He was the son of Barbara Ann Fields and Robert Clifton Clark. His sudden and violent death has left a profound void in the lives of his family and the broader community.
