Kawlaris Thrasher, a 25-year-old resident of Hazlehurst, Mississippi, tragically lost his life to gun violence on September 17, 2023. The incident occurred during an argument between Kawlaris and his younger brother, Larry Thrasher, over a cell phone charger.
