In the autumn of 2023, the community of Cleveland, Mississippi, was shaken by an act of violence that claimed the life of 41-year-old Warn Earl Young Winters. On the evening of October 13th, Winters, a man known to his loved ones as 'Lil Warn,' was fatally shot. The incident also resulted in the death of another man, 29-year-old LaChristopher Lee.
