On the evening of September 13, 2014, around 7 p.m., Cleveland Police Department officers responded to a disturbance near Brewer Drive in Cleveland, Mississippi. Upon arrival, Officer Earl Hodges observed an argument between Tony Jones, known as "Fat Cat," and Lamarcus Wallace.
