On October 30, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Raymond, Mississippi, resulting in the death of 17-year-old James Aaron Rieder Jr. from Brandon. Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones reported that Rieder's body was discovered in a white pickup truck with multiple gunshot wounds.
