On January 19, 2024, at approximately 8:45 p.m., 20-year-old Victavis Jacoreous Hobson was fatally shot in the driveway of his residence on Falcon Ridge Drive in Raymond, Mississippi. Witnesses reported that Hobson was approached by an unidentified male who exited a vehicle; an argument ensued, culminating in Hobson being shot once in the lower abdomen.
