In the late hours of a Wednesday in Jackson, Mississippi, the life of 34-year-old Josiah Kelly was tragically cut short. On March 13, 2024, Kelly was in the parking lot of a shopping center located on West McDowell Road, near Suncrest Drive in the southern part of the city. It was there that he was shot multiple times.
