Tevin Javonte Snow, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 4, 2018, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred on West W.T. Harris Boulevard near IBM Drive, not far from Vance High School. Snow was driving when another driver fired three shots through his car window, causing him to lose control and crash into a guardrail. Despite being rushed to the hospital with critical injuries, Snow succumbed to his wounds the following day.
