In the summer of 2024, the life of 20-year-old Steven Harris IV was tragically cut short in what authorities believe was a premeditated plot. A sophomore and talented musician in the renowned 'Human Jukebox' marching band at Southern University, Harris was reported missing by his family on July 17. His disappearance was alarming as he was scheduled to appear in court the very next day for a custody hearing concerning his young son.
