In the early hours of July 6, 2023, a dispute over dental work tragically escalated, leading to the death of 28-year-old Ahmad Nesserdine, a resident of Dearborn Heights. The Lebanese man was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head on the back porch of a home on Olmstead Street in Dearborn. Police were called to the residence at approximately 12:55 a.m. and discovered his body. The initial call to 911 was made by the son of the homeowner, who reported that his father had shot an intruder.
