Gary Montes, a 34-year-old postal mechanic, tragically lost his life on May 6, 1993, in Dearborn, Michigan. Montes was one of the victims in a shooting incident at the Dearborn main post office. The perpetrator, Lawrence Jasion, was a disgruntled co-worker who had been passed over for a promotion.
