On August 21, 2023, 52-year-old Ulanda Denise Tolbert passed away in Flint, Michigan. She was born on March 16, 1971, in Flint, the daughter of Jack and Senorita Tolbert. Ulanda was a member of the Father Son & Holy Spirit Church and graduated from Flint Northwestern High School. She was employed by Flint Community Schools for over a decade.
